You can use Messenger section to create personal, group or secret chats.

The following chat types are available:

  • – Personal – if you select 1 on 1 chat.
  • – Group – if you want to create group chats with several contacts.
  • – Secret – chat for safe communication. Details can be found in Secret Chats section.

How to create a new chat

To create a new chat, tap “+” icon in the upper right corner of the screen. To create a secret chat, tap an incognito icon at the top of the screen.

Following these steps, you will go to the chat creation screen. Here choose one or several users to begin chat.

Chat Management

To go to the chat settings, click the tool icon.


You can change avatar and chat name in the group chat settings.


Swipe to the left on the user to display the list of additional actions.

  • Set as a chat administrator
  • Сhat administrator
  • Delete chat

You can also activate Do Not Disturb mode for a certain period of time.


Swipe to the right to mark chat as read or unread.

General Information

Tasks section has been designed for creation and editing of the tasks, task lists and projects. You can delegate tasks, add observers and schedule tasks in the event section.
The following types of tasks are available:

  • – Task (single task).
  • – Task List (can include multiple tasks).
  • – Project (can contain several task list and tasks)

How to create a new task

To create a new task, tap “+” icon in the upper right corner of the screen. You can also use one of the following ways to make it quick:
– Tap and hold YOU button or pull the task list down to create task with high priority (this task is automatically placed at the beginning of the list).

– Tap New Task, enter the title and press “+“ to create task with low priority (this task is automatically placed at the end of the list).


You can set a date for the task execution in Planning section, in this case the task will appear in the events section. Each participant individually establishes an execution date for the task.


You can delegate a task to another user or add observers.


You can add comments or files to all tasks if necessary.


Note: In case you delegate a task to another user, and he or she marks it as completed, you have to confirm the task or send it back for revision.

Task management

To edit the task, tap an icon with a pencil in the upper right corner of the screen. Also you can long tap YOU button to initiate creation of new task .
Tap the task to go to View Mode.

Swipe task to the right to mark it as completed.

Swipe completed task to the right to mark it as not completed.

Swipe task to the left to display all available actions.

General Information

You can use Reminders section to create and edit personal reminders as well as reminders for other users.

Here are all available types of reminders:

  • – Note, created if you haven’t specified the date and time of the reminder
  • – By Date and Time, activated by selected date and time
  • – By Place, activated every time on arrival or departure from the selected location (a reminder stays active for 7 days after creation)
  • – By Date and Place, activated on selected date and will go off every time on arrival or departure from a specified location (again, up to 7 days)

To create reminder, tap “+” icon in the upper right corner of the screen. You can also use one of the options below for a quick creation of the reminder:

- Tap and hold YOU button or pull the reminder list down to create reminder with high priority (this reminder is automatically placed at the beginning of the list)

-Tap New Reminder, enter title and press “+“ icon to create reminder with low priority (this reminder is automatically placed at the end of the list).

Choose a category for the reminder you are creating – Work or Personal (Personal will be set by default).

Choose the reminder type – By Date and Time, By Place or By Date and Place. To create Note, simply enter name of the reminder and description without choosing the type.

To assign a reminder to another user select user from your contacts.

Managing the reminder list

The following actions are available with reminders:

  • – Tap a reminder to switch into View Mode
  • – Tap an icon with a pencil at the top-right corner of the screen to switch into Edit Mode
  • – Swipe reminder from to the right to mark a reminder as completed

– Swipe reminder to the left to see the list of additional actions

– If you swipe reminder to the right, it will be active again.

Events section has been designed for creating events, meetings and conference calls. You can invite your colleagues and friends to events and conference calls.

There’s a calendar grid above the events where you can see scheduled events. The calendar grid has minimized view mode (week) as well as expanded view mode (month).

Today is marked with a white circle. The day selected is marked with a light blue circle.

You can see how busy you are on every day of the week.

The following types of events are available:

  • – Event – you can set date and time for your event
  • – Meeting – lets you add location of the event and invite other users to participate
  • – Conference calls – lets you add other users to the event

How to create a new event

To create an event, tap “+” icon in the upper right corner of the screen

Event management

Swipe to the right if you need to postpone the meeting or conference call. The same action allows to edit a simple event.

Basic Information

Profile section has been designed to add and edit personal information, contacts and files.

Please fill your personal data (first name, last name, date of birth etc.) after the registration.

To go to the personal settings, click a gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Profile.

To edit personal information, click on a pencil icon.

Contact list management

Tap a search icon on My Contacts screen to search users. Type name or username in the search field and click Search. Tap “+” icon to add user to your contacts.

As you add a new user to your Contacts List, a tick will be displayed on his avatar while you view his profile.

To block user who is not in your Contacts List you need to go to his profile page and click Block icon on the upper right corner of the screen. The tick on his avatar will be replaced with the block icon.

You can remove user from your Contacts List using one of the following ways:

– Go to his profile page and click an icon on the upper right corner of the screen, then choose Remove option.

– Click a tick on the user’s avatar, and you will see “+” instead. Click this icon again, and user will be added to your Contacts List.


– Go to his profile page and click the red button on the bottom of the screen.

– Please use an appropriate category (Business or Personal) when you add a new contact

File management

To add a file, tap “+” icon in the upper right corner of My Files screen.

Swipe left to display all the actions available with this file.

YOU button is a unique navigation tool that allows easily perform various actions (confirmation, cancellation, switching app sections) using only one hand.

Actions

You can move YOU button in all directions, as shown on the picture, in order to quickly get to the specific app section.

  • Click YOU button to go to YOU screen
  • Holding YOU button will cause the creation of the new object (task, event, chat or reminder)

Button States

YOU button changes its color to white when you are in YOU section of the app.

Button animation indicates the data exchange with the server in progress.

If there’s no Internet connection, the app switches to the offline mode and YOU button turns grey.

YOU button can change its appearance. In this mode you can confirm the action by pressing the button (i.e. Add), or cancel the action by moving the button to the left.

Basic Information

Secret Chat has been designed for secure 1 on 1 communication. It has the following features:

  • – all your messages are encrypted with 2048-bit key and transmitted in the encrypted form only
  • – it’s possible to set the timer to delete messages automatically
  • – Passcode is required to access secret chat

Actions

To create a secret chat, tap an incognito icon in the upper right corner of the screen.


When creating secret chat, you need to invite a user from your contact list. You can select only one user for a private conversation.

After selecting a user, secret chat settings will be displayed. Here you can change a chat picture and give it a unique name.


If you want messages to delete automatically, set the timer in the settings.


You can enable/disable sound notifications or activate Do Not Disturb mode for a certain period of time.

You can delete chat in the settings. After deletion your interlocutor will be informed and you will not be able to continue chatting
